What’s Up With The Login?
Content on our site has been assembled to serve both the general public (visitors) and also the Farragut Flyers Club membership, by limiting access to certain parts of the site. For full access, members must log in. When you do so, another item will appear at the right end of the main menu—Members Only. We’re Glad You’re Checking Us Out!
Farragut Flyers is an AMA chartered radio controlled aircraft club that has the great privilege of operating within Farragut State Park in beautiful North Idaho. We welcome all forms of model aircraft including fixed wing, rotary wing and powered/un-powered soaring aircraft. Sorry, no jet turbine powered aircraft.
Membership is not required to fly at Flyers Field because it is located on public park land, but membership is encouraged. The field has a 700 foot by 60 foot grass runway, covered picnic tables, work and start tables, drinking fountain, vault toilet and a dry camping area. Most of all, we are a friendly club that encourages fun, learning, safety, and most importantly—FLYING.
We hold monthly meetings that are open to the public. See the calendar for meeting information.
